    Debra leads a seminar and panel for long-time collaborators NVV and a consortium of Napa Winemakers: Cardinale, Chappellet Vineyard & Winery, HALL, St. Supery Estate Vineyards & Winery, Swanson Vineyards and Waterstone. Expect battling tectonic plates, billowing ocean fogs and the occasional fiery volcano.

    Debra leads 4 seminars over the 3 days of Vinexpo A-P explaining how 8 key ingredients of Chinese cuisine can transform the base ingredients of a dish and affect the way it reacts chemically with wine.

    Debra leads a dinner for the Charles Schwab team using some of California's finest to demonstrate wine quality factors.

    Nothing says celebration like bubbles, but Champagne can also be one of the world's most captivating wines. Debra delves into the winemaking practices, history and famous personalities behind this delectable drop.

    Debra leads her first wine-less tasting for the Women in Publishing group, using various substances to illustrate the physiology of taste.

  • Bordeaux Masterclass at Bordeaux etc

    Debra delivers a masterclass at Bordeaux etc that is a vinous exploration of classic Bordeaux. Six wines will be served, ranging in vintage from 1990-2008 and each attendee will receive a set of Grape Cues: Wine Quiz Cards worth HK$200.

  • Educational Seminar on Hong Kong Market for Speechmark Bordeaux

    May 3rd: Debra travels to Bordeaux to give a full-day educational workshop for wine producers on the Hong Kong and Greater Chinese wine markets. Activities to include discussions of food and wine matching, business etiquette and market dynamics, individual consulting on labeling and brand image, and more.
